Planning and fundraising are drawing to a close. This project element has taken time but this has given us clarity in our vision and helped refine The House's design. We are now ready to engage a building contractor.

Phase 2 Cost: £61,000
Professional fees and design costs
This will see us restore, rebuild and renovate our building to create The House. We aim to start in summer 2021. This phase will concentrate on the ground floor community space and building infrastructure. The first floor offices will be completed in a later phase.
Phase 3 Projected Cost: £602,000
